Cargo are large items which are carried on your back, slowing you down. They take up a dedicated cargo slot in your inventory.
Some crafting station recipes and project sites require cargo items to be delivered to them for processing or to contribute to their construction.
Alternatively you can unload cargo into a stockpile for storage or load onto a cart or ship for transport.
Cargo items can be dropped via the following methods:
- Shift + <style=icon-2></style> targeting open terrain and <b>Place Cargo</b> from the context menu.
- From the top of your <style=icon-2>!</style> Inventory <style=icon-2></style> click the cargo and select <b>Drop</b>.
Note that you may only carry one cargo at a time on your back, and cannot teleport home while carrying cargo.
